Arriving at Mountain Village, we went straight to the supercharger which is located in the same parking garage for the gondola. After few minutes of charging, stretching, and taking in the view, we walked over to the gondola and head into Telluride.

I think we all enjoyed this gondola ride better compared to the one in Monarch Pass. The view was definitely a lot better with all the nice houses scattered among the mountain. I know I’m repeating myself here but riding the gondola, descending into Telluride was definitely an experience that will be hard to match.

So we didn’t realize at the time but apparently most of Colorado mountain towns have not had their July 4th fireworks for few years due to threat of forest fires. This year was actually their first time having the fireworks again and we were in town for that moment. At first we waited at the park but they were having issues and we weren’t sure if they were going to do it. As we started walking back to the gondola, we heard the noise and were able to enjoy some of it at least.
